Destination management company Miral Destinations, which manages a number of leisure, entertainment, and cultural landmarks in Abu Dhabi including Saadiyat Island and Yas Island Abu Dhabi, has partnered with Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management platform for modern enterprises, to incorporate AI-powered chatbots into their customer service offerings.

As a result of the partnership, more than 40 AI-powered chatbots and Sprinklr’s AI platform will be integrated into Miral’s existing operations to support its 14 brands – which include Ferrari World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, and CLYMB Yas Island, Abu Dhabi – with an enhanced series of integrated customer experience and customer service capabilities, that use UAE cloud infrastructure. They will be deployed across WhatsApp, Live Chat, and Instagram, wherein interactions will be analysed for quality assurance purposes, all in the hopes of reducing the amount of time it takes to respond to customers across digital channels.
