Mason & Fifth will open a boutique guesthouse in London’s Primrose Hill area this spring.

The group already operates a “co-living house” in Bermondesy, and will open the 61-studio Mason & Fifth Primrose Hill on 8 April.

The property is housed within four 1860s Grade II listed regency townhouses on St Marks Square to the north of Regent’s Park, the east of Primrose Hill, and about ten minutes’ walk from Chalk Farm and Camden Town Underground stations.

The buildings previously housed a hostel but have now been redesigned and refurbished by Red Deer architects, with features including garden space, a yoga pavilion and “large communal spaces exquisitely crafted to emulate a guest’s personal living space”.

Studios offer kitchen facilities, a table to dine and work at, and waterfall showers, and options include two-storey Mezzanine Studios for longer stays, while communal amenities include a dining area, kitchen and bar, with a with help-yourself breakfast and complimentary beer and wine on Fridays. Rates start from £180 for a Classic Studio.

Mason & Fifth Primrose Hill will host weekly wellness classes from its pavilion, as well as a weekly run club for guests to explore the local area.
