Wheely, a Swiss-founded British luxury ground transportation provider that offers on-demand and pre-booked chauffeur-driven luxury cars, launched in Dubai this week.

Its entry into Dubai also coincides with its introduction of its New Business Class Product in the Middle East.

New Business Class introduces BMW vehicles alongside Wheely’s existing fleet of Mercedes-Benz. New Business Class offers the latest BMW 5 Series vehicles, equipped with Evian water, paper tissues, disinfecting wipes, and phone chargers.

The New Business Class product joins other Wheely offerings including New First Class, XL, Perfect Airport Pickup, and Chauffeur for a Day.

New First Class features a new-generation long wheelbase Mercedes-Benz S-Class with reclining seats and privacy blinds. Exclusive amenities include refreshing towels and an Acqua Di Parma diffuser.

XL caters to small group and families who can make use of a Mercedes-Benz V-Class that offers substantial space for passengers and luggage, and even has a child seat available upon request.

Perfect Airport Pickup aids airport transfers by integrating flight tracking technology, ensuring chauffeurs are on time and present themselves within the arrivals hall with personalised name boards for incoming passengers. Chauffeur for a Day meanwhile allows clients to reserve a car for an entire day.

Anton Chirkunov, founder and CEO of Wheely, said, “Today marks a significant milestone for Wheely as we launch in Dubai, a city that tops the list of requested destinations by our customers. Many of the world’s most successful people are relocating to Dubai, reflecting its growing status as a global hub of innovation and luxury. We are excited to bring Wheely’s bespoke services to a city that is rapidly becoming a pivotal centre for international business and high-end living.”

Apart from Dubai, Wheely’s services are also available in other major cities including London and Paris. In the next 18-24 months, Wheely says that it plans to create more than 500 Dubai jobs and grow its Middle East team and chauffeur network to over 1,000 within 3-5 years.

Wheely has also established its new Customer Experience Hub in Dubai, providing 24×7 support for its customers. Replicating the success of its London Chauffeur Academy, Wheely now plans to introduce a dedicated Chauffeur Academy in Dubai. “Our chauffeurs are the cornerstone of the Wheely experience,” Chirkunov added. “Their professionalism and dedication are vital to fulfilling our promise of luxury, privacy, and convenience to our discerning clients.”
