IHG Hotels and Resorts will open a Staybridge Suites property in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah within the UAE.
Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab will be located on Hayat Island and is a result of a partnership between IHG and publicly listed property developer RAK Properties.
IHG first partnered with RAK Properties with the signing and opening of InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah in 2022.
The 156-key Staybridge Suites Mina Al Arab will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The 14-storey tower will feature a fitness centre as well as breakfast and restaurant areas.
Guests will also have direct beach access and can access further amenities and facilities at the nearby InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa.
RAK Properties’ broader master plan for Hayat Island includes a wide range of accommodation offerings, as well as shopping, dining and entertainment facilities.

The Staybridge Suites debuted in 2014, and the extended-stay hotel brand typically caters to both business and leisure travellers. It offers residential-style studios and suites with complimentary daily breakfast buffets. The brand has expanded to include nine hotels with 1,648 rooms in the Middle East. and four more with 558 rooms in the pipeline.
