UAE-based Rove Hotels has confirmed that it will bring its residential concept, Rove Home, to Dubai.

Its first project in the city, Rove Home Downtown will be located within the Burj Khalifa district close to Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. The property also has easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, DIFC and Al Khail Road.

It will offer fully-furnished studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments featuring “contemporary finishes and state-of-the-art smart home features.”

Rove added that key consultants on the project include architect Archcorp, landscape architect SCLA, Zebra for its interiors, and Studio Feel who are the art consultants for it.

Facilities at the property will include an outdoor infinity pool and a lap pool, co-working spaces, basketball and padel courts, a jogging track, a Rove café, a rooftop deck with views of the Burj Khalifa other landmarks too.

Rove has partnered with real estate investment and development company IRTH for this project.

“We are thrilled to announce our first Rove Home residences project in Dubai. This new flagship location at the heart of Downtown Dubai represents an important step for the Rove brand and our commitment to create lifestyle living experiences that are as unique as our hotels,” said Paul Bridger, COO of Rove Hotels.

While Rove Home Downtown marks the company’s first residential project in Dubai, Rove Hotels said that it is committed to exploring multiple opportunities for the further projects in the future.

Rove Hotels announced their entry into the branded residential housing market with the launch of Rove Home in May this year. Its first project – Rove Home Aljada – was also announced at the time and is a residential development in Aljada, Sharjah. That property in Sharjah is adjacent to a Rove Hotel, and the neighbourhood masterplan includes extensive hospitality, retail, F&B and leisure options within walking distance.
