British Airways has opened a new Club check-in area at Heathrow T5.
The carrier has moved its Club facility from Zones H/G (towards the South security area) to Zone A/B at the North end.
The new area is located close to the entrance to the terminal building from the London Underground / Heathrow Express, and is available to Club Europe and Club World customers, as well as Silver and Bronze Executive Club members (and the equivalent oneworld Sapphire and Ruby status levels).

Note that the dedicated First Wing remains at the South end of the terminal, so first class customers and Gold Executive Club members may still choose to use that facility.
BA provided Business Traveller with the images of the new check-in area, along with a note that “Both self-service bag drop and customers service desks are still available, and the nearest security fast-track is North security, which also offers a larger space”.
The carrier recently completed a refresh of its Heathrow T5B lounge, with a new servery area, revamped deli, a new quiet area and new furniture, flooring and soft furnishings.
Meanwhile Iberia has confirmed that it has in turn moved its check-in counters from Zone A/B to Zone H at Heathrow Terminal 5, with a total of six counters available for economy passengers and two for business class customers.
