JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru is thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration with Inja, a culinary venture that seamlessly blends the flavours of Indian and Japanese cuisines. This unique gastronomic experience will take place over two captivating days from September 15-16, 2023 at the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru.

The collaboration will showcase an exquisite amalgamation of bold flavours, spices, and vivid colours of Indian cuisine with the subtlety, raw essence, and techniques of the Japanese cuisine. Guests can indulge in the culinary prowess of INJA, through a set menu, which features an intimate and immersive gastronomic journey through the creative lense of Chef Adwait Anantwar. The exclusive dinner series will have an eight-course menu (vegetarian menu available on request) with an option of paired wines by the in-house sommelier of JW Marriott Bengaluru.
