Saudi Arabia’s Almosafer travel group has unveiled a new luxury travel concierge service.
Targeting discerning Saudis looking to explore far-flung destinations, Almosafer Concierge is being offered to a ‘members only’ group of customers who must be eligible for the service to enjoy its benefits, from luxury hotels and experiences to exclusive value adds.
Through this new VIP offering, Almosafer will provide curated and personalised travel arrangements including private charters, yachts, exclusive shopping arrangements, unique dinner reservations and more for all lengths of trips – from a short indulgent weekend to a full luxury holiday.
As part of the service, Almosafer’s Luxury Travel Designers & Advisors, led by Rob Arrow, a luxury travel veteran, will curate bespoke itineraries and take care of every aspect of travellers’ trips.
The launch of the Almosafer Concierge coincides with Saudi Arabia reopening its borders and responds to the results of Almosafer’s second extensive consumer sentiment survey examining Saudi nationals’ travel behaviour one year into the pandemic.
The findings showed a growing anticipation towards international travel amongst nationals, with more than 80 per cent of Saudi respondents planning to travel internationally within the first six months of borders opening.
