IHG Hotels and Resorts has launched a week-long flash sale, to coincide with the reopening of hotels in England and Wales.
The promotion is valid for bookings made between May 17 and May 23, for stays at participating IHG-branded hotels in the UK and Ireland between May 20 and December 17, 2021.
IHG Rewards members can get 30 per cent off Best Flexible Rates on bookings made directly through IHG channels (non members get a 25 per cent discount).
Bookings must be made at least three days before arrival, and can be cancelled without charge up to three days before the check-in date.
The group is also currently running its “UK’s latest check out” promotion for stays until June 2, allowing guests to check out as late as 2359 on the day of departure, which IHG says extends a one-night stay “from an average 20 to a potential 33 hours”.
Hotels in England and Wales reopened to leisure guests today (May 17) – those in Scotland had already done so on April 26, and Northern Ireland is set to follow suit later this month, followed by the Reupblic of Ireland on June 2.
