Executive chef Saurav Banerjee and his team have added healthier options for guests with special emphasis on immunity-building dishes and drinks that balance flavour and nutrition.

New offerings include Indian healthy breakfast delicacies such as quinoa upma, Kanchivaram idlis, international cuisine from Frangipani with chilled tofu and soba noodle with edamame pearls, Frangipani chicken scallopini, best of pan Asian cuisine from India Jones with dimsums, stir-frys, signature Mapo tofu, and lamb rendang among others.

In addition, guests can choose from Frangipani’s wood-fired pizzas, classic pasta, and risotto selection along with traditional Indian favourites.
