Reward seat availability finder seatspy.com has expanded its list of carriers to include US airlines United and American Airlines.

The service officially launched in the UK last year, covering British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Air France and KLM services.

Users input their departure and arrival points, preferred cabin (optional), and whether they are looking for a one-way or return reward seat, and are presented with a calendar detailing availability for the year ahead.

They can also create an alert for specific routes and date ranges, and be sent a notification when there is reward seat availability.

Three subscription options are available, ranging from a free account to ‘First Class’ membership which offers unlimited searches and instant alerts.

Seatspy has also recently added new benefits including the option to pay for annual subscriptions upfront and receive two months free compared to monthly payments, and new Whatsapp alerts for Premium and First Class members.

Members of The Club by Business Traveller can get a discounted First Class Seatspy subscription of just £4.99 per month (instead of the normal £7.99 per month)f. For more information visit businesstravellerclub.com.
