GMR led Hyderabad Duty Free (HDF) has launched its ‘Click and Collect’ facility that allows international passengers (both departure and arrival) to pre-book their choice of products online and collect it when travelling through Hyderabad airport.
Passengers wanting to avail this facility will have to first register themselves on HDF website hyderabaddutyfree.com. Then they can register their travel and passport details.
Customers can place their order well ahead of their scheduled travel, for which they would be issued a receipt along with order details.
They can then collect their product from HDF store at Hyderabad Airport at the time of undertaking their international travel, after showing the receipt, passport and boarding pass.
Traveller can avail of special discounts and promotions on HDF website.
“Post Covid-19 outbreak, online shopping has become a “new normal”, and this facility will be a step forward in providing enhanced passenger duty free shopping experience at the airport. HDF is witnessing quite a good number of visitors at its website, who are curios to check product availability, prices and promotions,” reads an official document by HDF.
