American Airlines has extended its policy of waiving change fees for customers who purchased tickets by September 30, 2020 for travel through December 31, 2020.
The carrier says the change fee will be waived but customers “may still owe any difference in ticket price” when rebooking a trip.
Customers are allowed to change their origin and destination cities as part of this offer.
All AAdvantage (the airline’s frequent-flyer awards program) award tickets are included in the offer.
The airline recently began reintroducing complimentary hot food items at select Admirals Club lounges across the US.
