In an effort to make the stay of their little guests more enjoyable, London Marriott Hotel Park Lane has introduced Teddy Bear Butler Service in partnership with multinational toy retailer Hamleys.
As a part of this initiative, kids will be welcomed with the hotel’s bespoke in-room Teddy Bear Menu consisting of 11 themed bears. From Beefeaters to the contemporary Pilot, the menu explains each bear’s name, their unique characteristics and what type of owner they are looking for.
Once chosen, the bear is delivered to the suite by a dedicated butler. Welcome amenities also comprise robes, slippers, bathroom toiletries, rubber ducks and some bear-themed sweet treats.
Little guests have the option of indulging in a teddy bears’ picnic from their in-room menu; to be hosted in their suite. Adding to this, is a hamper for kids and grown-ups filled with sandwiches, savoury snacks, fresh juice and teddy bear cupcakes.
Kids will also receive a signature teddy turndown service in the evening with a glass of milk and cookies. Grown-ups will enjoy a selection of handpicked classic bear stories in their suite; to read to their kids during bedtime.
Furthermore, families staying at London Marriott Hotel Park Lane will get exclusive in-store experiences at Hamleys.
The Teddy Bear Butler service is complimentary to all families when booking a suite direct. For families staying in another room category, the package is available to purchase for an additional £40 per child.
