Airportr has partnered with Qantas to offer luggage delivery for all the airline’s flights departing Heathrow.
The London-based company allows travellers to have their luggage collected from their home, office or hotel and checked in at the airport for them.
It costs £30 for one to three bags, £40 for four bags, or £50 for five bags. Prices rise for collection outside of London and the service is limited to certain postcodes.

Customers choose a time slot for a driver to come. The driver weighs the luggage, scans passengers’ passports and boarding passes, and seals the luggage in coded, tamper-proof bags.
Customers are sent IATA bag receipts after airport screening, around 90 minutes before take-off. Luggage is then collected from the carousel as normal upon arrival.
Airportr says it has delivered 137,947 bags since launching in 2016.
It has partnered with American Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Finnair and Cathay Pacific at Gatwick and Heathrow, and with Easyjet at Gatwick and Luton.
It also has a partnership with Manchester Airport which allows passengers flying with any airline to use the service, and to book and pay via the airport’s website.
