- Your face will be your passport as digitalisation gains momentum in the aviation.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) will drastically cut down waiting time in unforeseen situations like thunderstorm.
- Airport experiences will be more about luxury and relaxation as new innovations will further improve the ways travellers spend time at the airport.
- Travellers will prefer to be detached from their phone. They will either prefer to stay off their mobile phone while on holiday, or at least use it less.
