Massive Restaurants’ Masala Library is all set to open its first outlet in Dubai with a prime location at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai.
Located on the fourth floor of the property, this dining venue by pioneering food columnist, author and food consultant —Jiggs Kalra will feature a premium dining space and a chic bar serving redefined Indian tapas dishes and a selection of cocktails and spirits.
The food menu at Masala Library focusses on offering traditional recipes from ancient India, but with a contemporary twist. Molecular gastronomy is a key aspect and is used to elevate the overall dining experience at this leading Indian restaurant.
Signature dishes include quail recheado, grilled palm hearts, ashen Kulfi and radhuni sea bass with pui saag. Guests can also enjoy signature twelve-course Degustation Menu comprising of small portions of all essential dishes, complemented by fine wine. Additionally, a vast vegetarian menu is also available.
Masala Library at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is slated to open on March 22, 2019.
