Mark Sutch, Regional General Manager, South Asia, Middle East, and Africa said, “Aviation has emerged as one of the fastest growing industries in India in recent years. The industry is expected to witness Rs. 35,000 crore (US$ 4.99 billion) investment in the next four years, which will further fuel its growth.
“Additionally, the Indian government is planning to invest US$ 1.83 billion for the development of airport infrastructure by 2026. This displays the country’s strong commitment and huge growth potential for the aviation industry in near future.” cathaypacific.com
