The Ritz-Carlton has announced their first “Stellar Dining Series”. This festival will see Michelin-star chefs, mixologists and patissiers touring four cities in the Asia-Pacific region between November 1 and December 1, 2018.

The culinary journey will start at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, then travel through Osaka, Hong Kong to finally land at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing.

This month-long celebration showcases our incredible restaurant and bar teams who have many Michelin Stars and countless accolades between them.”

The first city on the tour is Singapore with The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore offering Chinese dishes. The event will see collaboration of Chef Paul Lau of Michelin-starred Tin Lung Heen at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong; Chef Daniel Wong of Jin Xuan at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong; Chef Cheung Siu Kong of the Michelin-starred Summer Pavilion in The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore; celebrated patissier, Richard Long, from Hong Kong, and Oscar Mena.

When: November 1 – November 4, 2018

The second destination is The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka where chefs will curate Japanese-inspired French cuisine. Chef Christophe Gibert of La Baie, The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka; Chef Shintaro Miyazaki of Azure 45, The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo; Kenji Fujimoto of Tempura Mizuki, The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto and Chef Takeshi Fukana will present their creations. Additionally, Chef Daniel Wong of Jin Xuan from The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong will create authentic Cantonese cuisine with Chef Peter Cheung at The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka. Guests can also enjoy a chocolate masterclass and cocktail workshop.

When: November 22 – November 25, 2018

The third spot is Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, where Chef Paul Lau will be working with Shintaro Miyazaki of Azure 45, Tokyo. Bartender Kentaro Wada of The Lounge and Bar, Tokyo will head a masterclass at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.

When: November 22 – November 25, 2018

The series concludes at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing with French and contemporary Cantonese food menu, created by Christophe Gibert of La Baie, Osaka along with Chef Cheung Siu Kong of Summer Pavilion, Singapore. The event will also feature a cocktail workshop inspired by the treasured teas of China.
