Aloft New Delhi Aerocity has organised a ten-day Rajasthani Food Festival at Nook, its signature all-day dining restaurant. This culinary experience has been curated by the in-house Master Indian Chef Vipin.
The ongoing food festival includes Rajasthani delicacies like ker sangri (dish made with dried ker berry and sangri beans), laal maas (meat curry), Rajasthani gatta curry (dish made with gram flour), maas ke sule (barbecued spicy lamb), dal batti churma (local dish comprising of lentils and hard, unleavened bread) ghevar (sweet). Guests can also enjoy welcome drinks that will be available at the fest.
The Rajasthani Food Festival is on until September 23, 2018
