Hyatt has announced plans for its second Hyatt House property in the German financial hub of Frankfurt.

The 180-room select service hotel will be housed within the mixed use Four Frankfurt development in the city centre, which will comprise four towers of residential, office, retail and hotel space.

Hyatt House Frankfurt/City Goetheplatz is expected to open in 2023, and will feature 86 “residentially inspired upscale rooms” with fully equipped kitchen and a living room, and 94 Den rooms offering a seating area with couch.

Facilities will include free wifi, The Commons lounge area, a 24/7 market, fitness centre, flexible meeting “cubes”, a “Borrows Menu” for often-forgotten items including phone chargers, and a Very Important Resident (VIR) programme with complimentary grocery shopping for guests staying 30 plus consecutive nights.

Hyatt House Frankfurt/City Goetheplatz is the second announced Hyatt House property in Frankfurt, joining Hyatt House Frankfurt/Eschborn which is expected to open in 2020.

The group also opened a Hyatt Place hotel close to Frankfurt airport earlier this year.
