Recently, SpiceJet launched its new inflight entertainment system —SpicEngage. Following this, the low-cost carrier aims to provide passengers with a range of entertainment content that is grouped into five categories- Watch, Explore, Read, Play and Eat.

In the ‘watch’ section, passengers will be able to view cartoons and popular web series; ‘Explore’ is for travel and lifestyle; and ‘Read’ offers updates on aviation and city travel.

This system is presently available in all SpiceJet domestic and international flights and allows travellers to use their hand-held devices to connect to SpicEngage.

Ajay Singh, chairman and managing director, SpiceJet, said “I am excited to announce the launch of our new inflight entertainment system, SpicEngage, which will vastly improve the onboard experience of our flyers. Passengers can now use their own phones and tablets onboard SpiceJet to watch their favourite shows, play games, read and do much more.”
