Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown

Situated a block from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell is the third Renaissance brand hotel from Marriott International in the city of brotherly love. The new hotel aims to pay homage to the history of the neighbourhood in a modern, quirky way: pop-art images of famous Philadelphians hang in each of the 152 guestrooms and portraits of Benjamin Franklin’s mistresses are scattered throughout.

The Chez Ben restaurant serves French bistro standards, while M Brown’s offers a cocktail menu that heavily favours anything dark and aged. A 24-hour fitness centre, indoor pool and sauna are available to guests, as well as four meeting rooms. From around £120.
