Warwick Hotels and Resorts has launched a new loyalty programme for guests staying at its properties in North America and Europe.
Warwick Journeys has four tiers – the entry level “enrollment”, Purple, Gold and Black, and the group says the scheme “was created based on feedback from its most loyal guests and aims to build community with travellers throughout the entire Warwick Hotels and Resorts collection across the globe”.
New members will receive complimentary wifi during their first stay, and will move up to the Purple tier after completing their second stay, when they will benefit from free “premium wifi”.
Gold tier membership kicks in after a stay at two separate Warwick properties, or between four and 15 stays at one property. Benefits include guaranteed availability when booking up to 72 hours in advance on a member exclusive rate, as well as complimentary upgrades, a welcome drink for up to two people, late checkout up to 4pm, and a “welcome amenity”.
Finally customers will gain Black tier membership after completing a stay at four different properties, or 16+ nights at one hotel. Top tier benefits include guaranteed availability up to 24 hours before arrival, complimentary breakfast for up to two people, complimentary steaming of two garments, 11am early check-in, a private guest services contact, and entry into a annual draw to win a trip to the newly opened Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas.
In addition the group says that it will offer members undisclosed “hidden amenities”, which it says will “show the brand’s eagerness to go above and beyond for their guests”.
Stays must be booked directly to qualify towards elite status.
