Cheval Residences has opened two new serviced apartments at its Hyde Park Gate address.
Listed as Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartments, the residences include an open kitchen, living and dining area, an entryway with a water closet and two private courtyard spaces, with a total area of 136.5 sqm.
Both bedrooms include king bed and ensuite bathroom, with an additional dressing room attached to the master suite. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and a basalt stone countertop.
The new apartments are accessed via a private corridor with additional connecting doors allowing both to be occupied by a single tenant. Cheval opened both residences September 19 after the entire floor was refurbished by design studio March and White.
The refurbishment also included a new media room which features a 75” Smart Samsung TV with surround sound and a newly refurbished gym, open to all Cheval Hyde Park Gate residents.
Residents at Hyde Park Gate also have access to 24-hour concierge services, daily housekeeping on weekdays, weekly towel and linen changes and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Car park, dry cleaning, laundry and restaurant booking services are also available for additional fees.
Cheval Residences offers eight total serviced apartment complexes, six of which are in Kensington and two of which are in the City of London.
Cheval Hyde Park Gate requires a three-month minimum stay for all bookings. Rates for the two new apartments start from £4,500 per week, including utilities.
