Hilton Worldwide is adding the Astor Hotel Saint-Honoré in Paris to its Curio brand. Currently owned by Maranatha Group, the property will join the Curio portfolio in 2016 once a refurbishment has taken place. Located in the French capital's eighth arrondissement, the six-storey building will have 128 guestrooms and suites. Astor Hotel Saint-Honoré Last month, Hilton announced it will add Reichshof Hamburg and Rumeli Han Istanbul to its Curio portfolio in 2015 and 2017 respectively (see news, March 3). Hilton senior vice president Patrick Fitzgibbon said: "Having announced our first two hotels in Europe earlier this month, Curio is gaining momentum with an exceptional addition in the heart of Paris' international fashion district. "Independently owned and operated, the Astor Hotel will gain superior customer reach by joining Hilton Worldwide's growing international portfolio, which includes more than 4,300 hotels worldwide." The hotel, which was built by Lord John Jacob Astor in 1907, will open as a franchise between Hilton Worldwide and Maranatha. hiltonworldwide.com, curiocollection.com Graham Smith
