The Harper Backpack is part of TUMI’s Voyageur collection, which offers backpacks, bags and accessories for women made from nylon. This particular backpack combines style with multifunctional design. It includes a padded laptop pocket, a water-resistant water bottle pocket that can be accessed from both in and outside the bag, and multiple smaller pockets.
Style

TUMI’s luggage comes in three different colours; mine was a vibrant raspberry shade (black and midnight-blue are the others), which made it easier to spot on the carousel.
The Harper Backpack is both comfortable and stylish. TUMI also offers this bag in the same three colours. The black version is sleek and minimalistic, making it easy to pair with different clothing, whilst the golden zippers add a nice touch. The overall design is practical and modern.
Quality
For travellers who are constantly on the go and need a product that’s highly durable, this luggage is a perfect fit as it’s designed to last. The hardcase shell’s polycarbonate alloy exterior makes it strong, durable yet very lightweight. This is ideal for long-haul trips because it will not bend under pressure and provides more protection to personal belongings inside the case. While hard-shell bags can be difficult to travel with due to their bulkiness, this one’s four recessed dual spinner wheels made it easy to manoeuvre along airport floors.
The lightweight backpack is crafted using a durable nylon material, and is both practical and comfortable. The padded shoulder straps were easily adjustable, and the water-resistant water bottle pocket is a useful addition.
Interior
The capacity is generous – enough to accommodate all your belongings on a long trip. The silver-grey lining colour is modern and the dual compartment zip pocket makes it easy to organise your stuff. Compression straps ensure that everything stays in place.
The backpack has a card pocket, pen pocket and a place for your water bottle. The laptop pocket is padded and ensures your computer doesn’t move around too much. The larger zipped compartment in the bag is perfect for belongings that require more secure storage.
Security
On the case, there is a simple integrated three-digit TSA lock as well as a luggage tag on the side. The backpack comes with TUMI’s tracer product recovery program, which helps reunite users with lost or stolen items.
