KLM has altered the route and timing of its inaugural B787-9 service.
The Dutch carrier is now scheduled to debut the Dreamliner on its Amsterdam-Abu Dhabi-Muscat service on November 23.
It had planned to fly the B787-9 to Amsterdam-Abu Dhabi-Bahrain from November 22 (see news, October 13), which was twice delayed from an original launch date of October 25 (see news, September 22).
KLM will also add the Dreamliner on to its Amsterdam-Dubai service on December 14, and on to its Amsterdam-Rio de Janeiro route on December 18, reports airlineroute.net.
The airline will install its new fully-flat World Business Class seats on to the B787-9 (see news, July 27).
And it recently ordered six B787-10s to replace six of the 21 B787-9s it has on order with Boeing (see news, August 22).
