Dusit revamps loyalty programme

Dusit International has announced the relaunch of its Dusit Gold guest loyalty programme.

Members will now enjoy a wider range of benefits, including special room rates, dining credits and laundry discounts.

The main revamp of the programme is the “Instant Rewards”, which gives members a special bonus on every stay. Based on preference and membership level, these perks range from spa credits to room upgrades upon check-in.

The programme has three tiers: Premier, Executive and Elite, and Dusit Gold members can advance to the next level in as little as five stays.

Members of Elite, the top membership level, will enjoy the most benefits, including free reward nights, 6pm late check-out and complimentary mini bar.

"The research we conducted indicates that recognition and free nights are perceived by guests to provide the greatest value, as such, these are key components of the new Dusit Gold programme," said Erena Chan, vice president sales & marketing, Dusit International. "The new Dusit Gold rewards members with benefits and perks that are relevant to them based on their personal preferences which they can enjoy instantly, every time they stay with Dusit."

New members can enjoy the limited time “Click for Gold” sing-up offer valid now through December 15. Benefits include a 25 per cent discount of room bookings made 14 days in advance, 15 per cent off room bookings made seven days in advance, late check-out until 2pm, and full benefits such as discounts on dining, laundry and free wifi. Current Dusit Gold members are also eligible to take advantage of this offer.
