Lanson Place Hospitality Management (Lanson Place) has signed a management contract with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Group to manage a Serviced Suites by Lanson Place development in the Waigaoqiao Sunland area.
The project is scheduled to open in Q2 2016 and marks Lanson Place’s fifth property in Shanghai, as well as the company’s 11th development globally.
The Sunland Serviced Suites by Lanson Place will be situated next to Zhou Hai Road Station of Metro Line 6, and a mere five minutes from the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
It will feature 196 units, ranging from studios and 1- to 3-bedroom apartments. There will also be a resident clubhouse that comprises of a fitness centre and swimming pool.
