Alitalia has debuted its new-look business class product on two A330 aircraft operating to/from Abu Dhabi.
The carrier's business cabin features 22 fully-flat seats in a 1-2-1 configuration with direct aisle access.
The Poltrona Frau leather seat was announced when it unveiled its new-look livery last week (see news, June 4).
It is 1.85 metres long, fully-flat and has an in-seat massage function. There is a privacy divider for the centre seats and each seat has universal power and USB sockets.
Business class will also feature Frette bedding, Richard Ginori tableware and Ferragamo amenity kits, while the Etihad "Dine Anytime" service is available to Alitalia business passengers.
A turndown service will be offered on all A330 and B777 flights featuring Alitalia's lie-flat business seats, while a bedtime drink will be available, as will pre-arranged wake-up and breakfast times.
The new business cabin is being rolled-out across the Alitalia's long-haul wide-body fleet.
