All Nippon Airways (ANA) has collaborated with acclaimed restaurants around the world the introduce new inflight menus at the end of the year.
Passengers flying from Thailand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Los Angeles to the carrier’s base in Japan will get the opportunity to enjoy the local cuisine of the country of departure, in addition to ANA’s Japanese menu.
The new dishes have been designed by chefs from select Four Seasons and Shangri-La hotels, as well as the Patina Restaurant Group.
This is not the first time ANA has worked with renowned hotels and chefs to improve its inflight dining experience. Just last year, the airline did the same to introduce new meal options on its Taiwan and India routes.
