Jet Airways and Alitalia have expanded their codeshare partnership to enhance connectivity between India and Italy and beyond several Indian and Italian cities.
Effective immediately, Jet Airways will start placing its marketing code on Alitalia-operated flights between Abu Dhabi and Rome and beyond to Bologna, Florence, Naples, Turin, Venice and Verona in Italy.
Likewise, Alitalia will have it code on Jet Airways flights operated between Abu Dhabi and Delhi, Mumbai and Kochi. The Italian carrier will also place its code on Jet Airways’ services from Mumbai and Delhi to Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Udaipur.
Jet Privilege and MilleMiglia members flying on the codeshare services will be able to earn status miles. In addition, customers can also use their points to redeem codeshare flights on both carriers.
