The Zetter Group will open its third London hotel in September.
The 24-room property will be located on Seymour Street in Marylebone.
Zetter, which is owned by Mark Sainsbury and Michael Benyon, already owns two London hotels, both in Clerkenwell — the 59-room Zetter hotel opened in 2004, while the nearby 13-room Zetter Townhouse opened three years ago.
Natalie Raw, marketing manager for the Zetter Group, revealed that the new Seymour Street property will have a "spectacular suite" and a cocktail bar on the ground floor.
