The Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road has opened on target (see previous report here), welcoming its first long-stay guests yesterday.
The S$100 million (US$81 million) development, which offers hotel-style services for extended-stay residents is located near Haji Lane and Arab Street, and in close proximity of the Marina Bay Central Business District. It is within walking distance of Bugis or Nicoll Highway MRT stations.
This is the second Pan Pacific Serviced Suites in Singapore, with other properties located in Bangkok and Ningbo, China (see story here).
The Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road has four suite categories, ranging from the 45-sqm one bedroom to the 66-sqm two bedroom suite. They are all furnished and include a fully equipped kitchenette and laundry services. There is also a 24 hour personal assistant service, free wifi throughout, a fitness centre and rooftop swimming pool, and meeting rooms. Shuttle services are provided to the various business districts.
