The Conrad – which along with Waldorf Astoria forms the two luxury tiers of Hilton Worldwide – will be coming to the Philippines in 2015.
The 350-room Conrad Manila is to rise beside the SMX Convention Center in the Mall of Asia complex, a development of SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation of tycoon Henry Sy.
The property will feature an all-day restaurant, two specialty restaurants, a bar and lobby lounge, business centre, gym, swimming pool and spa as well as a 1,446-sqm ballroom and function spaces.
Hilton Worldwide will also add a Manilan property under Conrad’s sister brand Hilton Hotels and Resorts in 2014, with the 350-unit Hilton Manila at Newport City, located opposite Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (see news).
Other hotels owned by SM include the 400-room Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu, Taal Vista Hotel in the scenic getaway of Tagaytay and Pico Sands Hotel in the dive hub Nasugbu in Batangas.
