There is a business centre with support staff and high-speed internet, fax, print, copy and translation services. A dedicated meeting floor has eight meeting rooms, and there’s also a 1200 sqm pillarless ballroom. There’s an exhibition centre within walking distance of the property for larger conferences.

The hotel has an heated indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. As part of a China-wide initiative, yoga mats are also provided in all the rooms.

There are four restaurants: La Cuisine serves western and eastern dishes all day, Le Chinois and The Chamber offer Chinese food, while The Banzai has Japanese dishes and features two Tatami rooms.

About 120km west of Shanghai and in the middle of China’s foremost economic region, Wuxi is one of the country’s major business cities. Significant industries in the city include iron and steel production and manufacture of textiles and machines.

The Wuxi government has pushed to make the city a centre for new energy industries and it is home to photovoltaic companies Suntech Power and Jetion Holdings Ltd. There are also extensive tech industries, with chip making plants such as that of South Korean company Hynix, and software development companies.

The Pullman Wuxi New Lake is located in the middle of the city’s New District. Established in 1992 with the aim of attracting foreign investment, this is a centre for new and high-tech industries. It is home to over 1,500 companies, including 80 Fortune 500 companies such as Sony and American hard disk manufacturer Seagate.

The hotel is 10 minutes' drive from Wuxi’s Sunan Shuofang International Airport. It is also 5km from the city’s high-speed rail station, which provides a connection to Shanghai in 45 minutes.
