MAS ends partnership with ANA

2 May 2012

Malaysia Airlines has announced that it will end its partnership with All Nippon Airways (ANA) on May 31, 2012.

This means the two carriers will no longer code share on select routes and therefore members of the two frequent flyer programmes – Enrich and ANA Mileage Club – will not be able to earn miles or redeem award tickets.

The last date to book award tickets with ANA is May 31 and the last date to claim missing miles is November 27, 2012. Award tickets are valid for one year after their date of issuance. No changes to the award tickets are allowed.

This follows a recent similar move that dissolved MAS’s partnership with Virgin Australia (see story here).
