Rhombus International Hotels Group will officially take over operations of Hotel Verta by Rhombus (as it will be known) in London on December 9.
Located adjacent to the London Heliport, the “five-star boutique” property has 70 guestrooms and suites, seven riverside meeting rooms, a bar on the mezzanine level and boasts views of the River Thames. Despite the rebranding the property will retain its current decor.
The acquisition and rebranding of Hotel Verta is the group’s first venture into London. Currently, Rhombus International Hotels Group manages four hotels in Hong Kong – Hotel Panorama by Rhombus in Tsimshatsui, Hotel LKF by Rhombus in Central, Hotel de EDGE by Rhombus in Sheung Wan and Hotel Bonaparte by Rhombus in Wanchai. It will introduce two new properties in Causeway Bay (Hong Kong) in the coming year, and make its debut in China with the Rhombus Fantasia Chengdu Hotel in early 2012.
