The Rezidor Hotel Group is to open its fourth Radisson Blu hotel in Dubai, a 220-room property in the Downtown area close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa tower.
Due to open early next year, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Downtown will be housed within the upper floors of a mixed use building, and will feature 198 rooms, 22, suites, two restaurants, two bars, a pub, a club lounge, six conference rooms, two boardrooms, a business centre, and a swimming pool and gym.
Some of the hotel’s guest rooms will have views of the 828-metre high Burj Khalifa tower, and the property borders the forthcoming Business Bay, a six million square metre commerce project.
The hotel will join three existing Radisson properties in Dubai, namely the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek, the Radisson Blu Residence, Dubai Marina, and the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City.
The brand also has two further hotels under development in Dubai, the Radisson Blu Hotel Jumeirah, Dubai, and the Radisson Blu Hotel Trade Centre District, Dubai – as well as two properties by sister brand Park Inn – the Park Inn Dubai Airport Free Zone, and the Park Inn Bur Dubai.
