Number 42 to host Business Travel Salon

12 Oct 2009 by Mark Caswell

Business Traveller is to conduct a seminar on business travel for members of exclusive club Number 42 later this week.

This Thursday, editorial director Tom Otley and deputy editor of Business Traveller Michelle Mannion will be hosting a “Business Travel Salon” to members of Number 42, the club for top-level executive and personal assistants.

As reported on businesstraveller.com (see online news June 17), Number 42 aims to “combine the best of networking, events, career development and much more” for those individuals commonly referred to as “the power behind the throne”.

The club has previously held salons by Carole Stone on Networking and Work/Life Balance from PR Guru Julia Hobsbawm, and now it is the turn of Business Traveller. The talk is on Future Trends in Business Travel, and encompasses security, visa, hotel and airline choice and trends for the future, as well as a look at business etiquette.

The Salon will take place at the Club’s premises at No.42 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, and is sponsored by Original Travel, the award-winning tour operator.
