Accor’s business-oriented brand Pullman Hotels is to welcome its first two properties in Dubai.
The first Pullman hotel in the Middle East will be located within the Mall of Emirates complex, and will feature 491 rooms including 94 suites. Due to open in the second half of 2010, the property will form part of an extension to the Mall of Emirates, and will be developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, which also owns the Kempinski hotel within the mall.
A second Pullman property is also planned for the emirate, with the existing Hotel Novotel Deira City Centre Hotel due to be rebranded overt the next 24 months following an extensive refurbishment.
