Lenalcs – 06/07/2012 18:45 GMT : I’m fine with worldmate excepting having to forward my emails to get things entered

There is an add-on for Outlook which monitors your e-mails and forwards (most) relevant e-mails to Worldmate automatically. The same goes for Blackberry Travel (which uses the same underlying system as Worldmate)

MyFLights does not seem to accept Swiss booking references (not AMADEUS) hence if find it to be only half useful. (It is fine for BA flights etc)

If there was an app where I could simply copy/paste/type in my Reference number for a flight or a hotel booking and would work for all systems, then I’d happily purchase this app on iTunes and use it!

Just thought I’d chip in to say that a forthcoming feature of My Flights will be TripIt, so you’ll be able to forward your booking confirmations to an email address and they’ll appear automagically in My Flights

I did look at integrating with other reservation systems, but at present there doesn’t seem an easy way to do this, and as a number of airlines use their own system, I felt integrating with TripIt for non-Amadeus bookings was the way forward to cover all bases.

Don’t forget you can always try My Flights for Free now so you can try your bookings before you buy…

I believe myflights app now has added functionality, and was listed as one of the top 500 apps by the Sunday Times:

I went for TravelTrackerPro, which I really like, and which links with TripIt. It isn’t perfect, though, and sometimes it is easier to go into TripIt to make changes than to do it in TTPro

Same here. TravelTrackerPro (http://www.silverwaresoftware.com/TravelTracker.html) using TripIt only to populate it. I use it for now many years, always at my full satisfaction. It deals with delays, allows to share trip plans, manage the expenses… Just great!

Well, I personally use TripIt. It’s been a lifesaver for keeping all my travel plans organized in one place.
