I have a similar problem with Qatar businness class tier points not credited – tho the avios were and everything is fine with my partners flight.
BA keep insisting that tier points have been credited but there is def nothing on manage my booking.
I have sent BA the screenshot and written to BA Chief exec but all I get is “they will reply within 10 days”
Which they have not.
Flight was in october and I must have emailed 5 times

So…
Called BA – ‘you need to give escalations 28 days…’ (it’s been 3 months pal)
Called CEDR – they won’t touch a Tier point issue.
I’m begining to think I won’t see these points.
Are BA in breach of contract here? Is this maybe for the small claims court?
Maybe I should crowdfund for a biz flight that will get me the reqd 140 pts?? I jest.
