If you were to select ONE feature you particularly like in a business lounge (massages, cigar room, wine, …), which one would it be (and where)?

Close to boarding gate, just like BMI’s Glasgow Lounge used to be.

One in which it is easy to find a secluded spot, for example the CCR at JFK, the Aspire lounge at Zurich or the BA lounge at Frankfurt.

A choice of two or more chilled champagnes on ice and ready to pour, self service style, so there’s no having to ask a waiter or bartender and no feeling guilty about having that second glass.

I must be expecting more than all of you since I consider that what Tom, Pat and seasonedtraveller stated should be basic features!

Daytripper: I never feel guilty asking for a second glass! 🙂

Among the lounges I regularly visit, I particularly enjoy a great Bordeaux Grand Cru Classé (sometimes available at T5’s First lounge). I also love the Bangkok Air business lounge at BKK for its service, especially after a long flight…

Extending this to include hotel exec lounges…….

A feature I ‘particularly like’ is all waiters etc to be in full formal ‘tails…. As is the case in the Exec lounge in Conrad Hong Kong.

Only place I’ve seen this and Not an absolute necessity but certainly adds a classy feel to the experience!
