I am a smoker myself, split between the heat tech types and the traditional. flying Uk to Asia every month for some reason i never get the urge. the brain switches off knowing you cannot, or at least mine does. But of course on landing the switch is flicked and at HK its strait round to the smoking area just by the Taxi stand!
It was onSouthwest that they announced the usual non-smoking flight stuff followed by “Passengers who do wish to smoke during the flight are more than welcome to step outside”
