Yes MarcusGB however BA got burned in the past by the press & by Maggie for their different markings on different ‘planes (though I liked them!) and repainted all in the current Chatham flag markings so they tend to be more conservative nowadays. Good publicity though & well done to TeamGB!
I agree with MarcusGB, the KLM orange scheme was special and took some imagination and execution. I was lucky enough to see it for real a couple of weeks back.
The £5 stickers on the BA 747 look as cheap and nasty as BA currently are. If they couldn’t do this properly they shouldn’t have done it at all.
I see old beardy made it into the news anyway after falling off his bike – I wonder how many more people who have bike accidents will be newsworthy or was it just a slow day?
