Looking back over the posts here two things spring to mind.

1 – We are an advertisers dream demographic

2 – Why are more airlines / hotel operators / rail companies etc not seeking the advice and feedback of the contributors here. Less money spent on rubbish like Twitter and Facebook and more interaction with people like us would give them real valuable feedback

Charles-P – I absolutely agree with your point 2.

I was impressed when AF noted a post I made here and contacted me direct: superb customer care, and earned them plenty of business.

LH did nothng at all when I had a minor moan about them on the forum.

If I were responsible for an airline customer interface I would want this forum checked every day, and action taken to deal with both brickbats and bouquets.
