Just for fun, I have added up all the air travel I have made this year.

115 flight sectors and 18 different airlines. 28 different airports.

How are other members statistics? Not a competition – just for fun!

2015 is first time in last 18 years I haven’t done 1 sector with the young family meaning very busy on that front. But March will see my first trip on Norwegian going LGW via Stockholm to Lulea and possibly a few more flights later in the year.

One disappointment is that only 7 out of my 28 airports are new.

Clearly, I must get out more, as it were….

25 sectors, 20 airports (3 new), 9 airlines (2 new). Only 1 route done twice this year so clearly a lot of variety this year.

74 sectors, five airlines, 13 airports. Most have been LHR – MAD but as I am about to embark on a 7 week RTW not got that to do until March….thank the lord.

Of mine, 10 airlines and 23 airports were new for me.

The latter included three new countries: Cuba, Ethiopia and Macedonia.

A fairly typical year for me….45 sectors, 11 new airports and one new country (Taiwan) …..but it’s not over yet !!!!!

36 flight sectors, 10 different airlines (incl 3 new, Air Serbia, Aerolineas Argentinas & Norwegian), 18 different airports (incl 6 new, NRT, PEK, PVG, MDZ, COR and SAL, last three were domestic flights in Argentina) Only one new country, China.

Included the last ever Virgin Atlantic Little Red flight to Aberdeen.

First quarter of 2016 I have 10 sectors booked already. 🙂
