NSB (Norway) Trains – Bad Customer Service

    Knowing that train companies can contact on board staff even here in Greece, where train travel is rather basic and considering that all the train company had to do was give a simple call to the conductor, I find this indeed rather bad customer service.
    I’m failing to find any excuses for them.
    Yes, kudos to those who do it differently but those who do it differently do it right.
